iTS Just ironic, I had to tear down a 60ft wall cus it blocked their splay lines from a driveway (2 cars past my drive) , I didnt build the wall but they had beef with the previous owner, and now, they have built an extension that not only has gone higher then the plans, but overhangs my boundary before they have done the guttering etc.... I did tell them to double check, I feel karma is smiling on my side  :y

little phone call to the planning and building control department of your local council could be in order. thats if 1)they got planning permission and 2) they had the work inspected by building control in any event they should not encroch onto your land

nowadays you are allowed to build an extension to the rear of your property without planning provided you meet a certain creteria but they still need building regs approval

pm me the postcode if you want and i can let you know if it went to planning unless you already know :y
