Thought I would go against all the happy threads, but does anyone else get annoyed at all these "winter" scenes always associated with Christmas?

Snowmen, snow covered tree's, windows with snow in the corner, all that rubbish!

Its never ever like that at Christmas, expecting double digit temperatures tomorrow, its going to be warm and windy!

All makes it too false for me, if we were knee deep in snow might make me feel different, but the rain and warm weather makes it all look so fake!

Last year was just a slight dusting, its the only year I can remember with even a fraction of snow.

Had quite a few White Christmases and even more times when there has been snow on New Years eve, had many a snowball fight in the early hours.....
