I bought some when there was a further 10 % off so cost just over 15 quid. Probably won't use it in the omega but good for emergency top ups or for my little run around.

I've always used Halfords oil in my Omega...  :P  Mainly because I've never got round to getting a trade card  :-[ which is daft I know...  :-[ :-[ :-[

Anyway she's still going strong on around 208,000 miles and overdue a service, for which I'm going to treat her with some 'Genuine' GM oil that was on special offer in the local motor factors at £12 for 5 litres.  :)

Hopefully she won't die of shock!!  ;D

What's the difference between Halfords own and GM genuine?

I planned on sticking with the genuine stuff although a bit more expensive. And I will get round to getting a TC at some point.

I didn't click on it, but I reckon you'd need to have logged in first. Unless you were a member you'd not know the password or log-in name  ;) ;)
