Late Best Wishes
« on: 02 January 2012, 23:14:23 »

Having recently returned from a long weekend away in the tin tent for the Festivities, may I wish all OOFers a belated but well intentioned Happy New Year.  :y :y :y :y

If any one knows how I can lose the 1/2 stone I've put on in 7 days before I see the quack on Thursday I'd be grateful, also it seems that the amount of beer/single malt consumed in the same period has had an inflationary inpact on the blood pressure readings ..... something I'm sure said quack will pounce on with vigour .. :(

Tin Tent for the New Year is fantastic .... lots of fun and no driving ... downside seems to be the effect on the body ...... or maybe I just need to make sure I don't have to see the quack until March ???

 :y :y :y

Hope you all had as good a time as we did ..  :y :y

Darn! Same problem here. I've just remembered I've gone and booked myself in for an MOT in a week too.  ::)

Happy New Year. :y

Yeah, free retest before the end of the following working day is not a long enough period of abstinence to help, sadly. ::)

I failed my MOT on  Liver Function Test  ::) ::)
Everything else was fine aided by medication, Blood Pressure, Cholesterol etc (I do rattle with pills) :y :y

Doc wanted to retest L/F, but said we should wait until Feb knowing me, and my alcohol consumption :y :y :y

Reminds me car needs a ticket soon ;D
