A very tidy Cavalier.

Sadly not a high spec but not many like this now. Still pretty & the 2.0's a are punchy enough.

I know i'm an old nostalgic but it's nice to see old motors in fine fettle 21/22 years on. Never a Veccy fan but i like the Cavs! 8)

Cavalier's in my opinion were probably the best car Vauxhall have done..... To try and replace it with the Vectra was criminal.
The SRi 130 we had was the best car we have had.

I had three of those all 2.0's ,brand new in '89 ,'90 and '92 .
Covered typically 40 to 50 k miles a year and they never gave any problems were also the most comfortable cars too for my 6' 4 " frame.
That ,although a lower spec , looks a very tidy car for a not unreasonable sum.

Ah , the memories ..........

1984 'B' had my new estate 1.6L loved it, the sales managers had the SRI. I earned more money than them which caused the difficulties and the re thinking resulting in a total change of career, never looked back as life is not all about money...... :)

My dad had a fetish about Mk1 Cavaliers. Bought one new when they first appeared and traded it in after 18 months for another one and then another.........
Was never much taken with the later wwd versions myself.

Just sorned my Ascona C (MK2 Cav) today after 5 years of being driven daily (alongside the Omega) it needs a bit of work, but this thread is making me doubt my decision.. on the cav site I run a couple timewarp standard low-trim level cars have appeared and I'm already tempted.  ;D ;D

I said the exact same thing today Andy...... Someone was talking about 2.8 Capri's and I said "I had my first one in 1991, good god that is 20 years ago!"

How time is flying by....
