Thanks, I will try that with Orange(France Telecom) as despite ringing, faxing my complaint three times, writing once, complaining via Spain Oftel and officially through our equivalent here of Citizens advice bureau, they haven't responded OR found the SIM card they lost on the 21st November out of the dongle I rent from them. Useless bunch of gits.
