Heater Problem
« on: 13 January 2012, 18:01:20 »

Hi all,  I have just replaced my 99 plate Elite with a 02 plate 2.2CDX. The heater works great in the back and on the passenger side but not on the driver side. I can only get cold air on Windscreen, feet or anything in the driving position. Temp adjustment switch is lighting up and all controls appear to doing what they should be, but no heat. Any idea's please.

Agree that the rods come off if thats what you mean Rob, but have found the small motors in the footwell pack in. Don't forget with having dual climate control you will have one each side, maybe the reason one side is working where as the other doesn't. :y

My money is on the arm coming adrift! This is an easy fix provided you are fit enough to join the circus & have slim effeminate like hands & fingers!!!! ;D :y
