Hi all
Has anyone had this prob 2.5td No 4 injector leaking around the black sensor ! and no it;s not the pipes,

can do that on most if seal in side has gone. fuel finds it way out.

Is the fuel leak at the bottom of the black bit or where the injector screws into the cylinder head.

Just seen your posting from earlier on today.
Have you taken the injector to bits and rebuilt it recently.
Oh and don't damage the wire.

At the bottom of the black bit, have removed it now & spit it down ! should there be any seal on the thread IE the top half ??? Now put it back in ges wot OK for 5 min,s, warmed up & leaking againe  :(

It sounds like you have put the cap that sits on top of the pin in the wrong way round.
Heres a link that might help.
The bit im talking about is between the pin and the spring above it on picture 6.
In the picture the face you can see faces down to the nozzle

You could be right ,It has always had a weep & it could have been a recon !! Have it out tomoz and let you know :y
I put it back the way it came out  >:(
