:y :y :y I would do this! My guess is no worth forcing the insurance company to pay. Although I'm living in Hungary the main rules in connection with insurancies are the same. If it's your faulty you should get repaired. Good luck, bud!  :y

Just weigh up the pros and cons, financially, as well as your time against expenditure in money. You'll need to spend time sourcing the parts, then getting them sprayed, then fit them - not accounting for any unforeseens.

What is the real effect of claiming against having a proper repair done by a bodyshop with all things considered

Otherwise, add a couple of hundred for spraying I suppose. :-\

But remember that you may well get the bill for the sign if the accident was witnessed (even on camera)/reported ;)

I'd wait for the right colour wing & bonnet to turn up & replace them without claiming on my policy.  :y :y

But of course you'd have to be a good boy & inform your insurance company anyway ..............  ::) ::) ::)

This prang? http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=99240.msg1242711#msg1242711

Not sure I'd want to repair that - at least I'd want to have a damned good look at the inner wing and if that's moved, write it off. It looks, to me, like it's almost certainly going to have moved the inner wing, possibly the upper suspension mounting point..

There's someone close to me Karl that has a facelift bonnet in Star Silver, he swapped it because of stone chips to the front and I dont think he wants anything for it ;)
