mate was order from them few poly bushes (rear, front) and has put it in his omega, years time and any trouble

Yes, i forgot mention LSD 
Not necessity cosworth, i found scorpio 2.0, 2.3 was lsd with 3.91 ratio  ( or can find open 4.27 ratio (from 2.0 16v scorpio) and mix with lsd from lower ratio)
sierra 2.0 4x4 3.92 with lsd ant a lot of other.

I was to weigh x25xe.  Without flywheel, exhaust manifold, alternator, power steering, ac compressor and oil  is 150 kg

you need to retain the dual-ram capability or power will be down markedly. ( think 35 BHP down )

the specs that you can choose are as follows :-

2.5 Calibra/Cavalier. No dual ram, but only 170 BHP

2.5 Vectra Dual ram of a different type and 170 BHP

2.5 Vectra GSi - uses 3.0 cams and a special ECU to make 200 BHP, but still uses dual ram

3.0 Omega dual ram only and 210 BHP

found-if change stock x30xe ecu, you got 260 hp  ~310 nm , only ecu, if do mods?  exhaust maifolt, intake porting..

Only low space the flow meters, but I think add 2x flow metter  and MS2

how you intend to solve the conduct of the exhaust manifold. Home Made? the length, diameter of the pipes are going to use?
