Thanks for the advice guys...

The tyre was replaced and the wheel repaired (only cosmetic damage, I believe) and sprayed.

The front wheel was put on the back....

Does feel like a buckled wheel tho...

Omega General Help / Accident and now tyre noise

Hi guys
I had a bit of a bump and now the headlamp wobbles... LHD and it's the passenger side - it's ruined the aim.  Had an argument with a concrete verge in the road.  Quite a bit of damage - wishbone, shocker, hub... pics here.

It's been aligned, but now it feels as though a wheel is buckled even though it's been checked.

Any idea what else could cause this noise?

Not too easy getting tech stuff done cheaply here...

Would I be able to keep the bose speakers? (don't wanna have to buy new amp & speakers too!

Sounds like a nightmare Josh... Being over here, I don't know anybody who'd do that reasonably either.
Sorry - I'm a newbie - what's all the initials stand for? NCDC, CID?
Thanks for the reply Josh

Hi guys - tried searching for this topic, but couldn't find it..

I'd like to change the display on my facelift Omega.  It's a 1999 and the stereo i've got in there now is the original (ccr?)2008.  The cd change doesn't work and is irreparable apparently.
I'm not so bothered about keeping the same head unit, but would like whatever I change it to to look original in the car.
Is this possible? and where could I maybe get a display and also, if I need it, a head unit?
Cheers
Mike

Thanks guys....

I would like to get it repaired, is that still possible? (I don't wanna put a different head unit in there, cos it would look out of place!

Any suggestions?

Cheers :-?

Hi folks.
Sorry, don't seem to be able to find 'search forum' so thought I'd post this one here.

Philips CCRT 2008 will only read certain cd's and of those, very often skips.

Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi folks
I've also got the same problem.
Had the gaskets changed and a new coil/dis pack fitted, was ok but now it's misfiring under load and hunting/revving irregularly..
Sometimes it's fine all the way to work (30 kilometres), but sometimes it's a pig all the way.
Any further ideas??
Thanks

Hi folks..

My bonnet won't stay open when it's rained!!! (The weight of the rain is obviously too much for the struts).

Can these struts be adjusted? or will I need to buy new ones?  If i need new, where's cheapest??

Thanks a lot!
