I wouldnt take the grand,I would do it properly through the insurance.
I wonder why she is offering a grand rather than letting insurance pay?
maybe she makes a habit of driving into the back of peoples cars. :-/
Yeah thats what i was thinking, happened to me about 2 months ago when an old gizza rolled back into me,and just made a black mark.Told him it had got to be resprayed, and got £100 cash out of it,anyway doesent really matter as i am doing it myself anyway.Couldent let him get away with it though as there could have been a kid walking behind at the time, and would have probably crushed em.

Has she given any clues as to why she hit you?  On the phone??? Doing her make up ??? Something she'd prefer wasn't mentioned !?

Definetly.

I got rear ended by a civic a few months back, his was a write off but the mig only had a couple of scratches that polished off ;D ;D

For this very reason I refuse to drive small cars, even though I'm 18. :D

I'm not having some young git running into me and me paying for the consequences >:(
