 :y :yGlad you sorted it mate but hope its not my head gasket not done one before but i guess theres always a first thanks for letting me know anyway hope to get a look at it soon.......

You really need to identify where its coming from.  To help me locate mine, I made up a special expansion cap with a schrader valve in, so I could pressurise coolant up to about 10-12psi, and then locate the usual places with all the plenum etc off
