Only issue with the guide is the bit where it says "lower the dif via the jack. At this point the springs can be lifted out" this is not always the case depending on the length of spring, and if the drive shaft rests on the exhaust restricting movement.
If the exhaust is in good nic it will take the stress of un hooking the rubbers and allowing the system to hang lower, there by giving a bit more clearance for the dif to drop a fraction more... Or, just lever the buggers put with a bar.
No spring compressors required.
As a note, be Carefull not to trap the fuel pump wires when raising the dif back up. That bit of loom doesn't always sit in the right place.
Oh, and make sure axle stands are placed by the exhaust hangers by the centre boxs on the reinforced section provided, not on the the sub frame, or the subframe won't drop at all. You may need to pull the jacking point out board to give clearance for the stand to fit there though. Esp if you have s big jack, with a large foot print.
