LPG Users.

I passed a garage selling LPG in Barnsley today. It's hardly the priciest place in the world, but it was 65p. Has it gone up that much? :o

There is an advert in todays Metro (i am a tight arse and dont buy a paper) that someone in the coventry area is selling LPG @ 44p per litre  :-/

That seems more like it, but I dont think I misread it. No doubt Martin will enlighten me.

When you take onto account the conversion costs, it doesn't seem to be the money saver it was.

Nah. It was probably spuds..65p a bag or summat. I'm due a trip to the opticians. :(

I'm paying 54ppl  :( It has gone up a lot......3 years ago i was paying 30ppl......i know petrol/diesel prices have also increased but not by that margin.....

Its got to stage where I wouldnt recommend converting an Omega anymore.....unless a)...you already have one and want to keep it and b) you do high mileage.

My next car will be a diesel again  :y

Undecided atm to which one.......but it will have to be estate/auto....maybe veccyC......maybe signum......kinda wanna stay vx...coz ive got TC card........but depends whats going for about £4k for a 3yo at the auctions  :-/

At a garage on the A358 in sunny somerset the LPG is 42.9p :)

Garage clear out in March 2011 and I will have a large amount of omega parts going very cheap.
