Apparently the 7 rockets that SAM was going to provide have become something of a holy GRAIL in other parts of the world and so may not be as available as he hoped, he does have a sister called STRELA who may be able to help, but she appears to be a fan of hot (heavy ??) metal and may be somewhat unpredictable.

As to the sausages .... I think a tad too much chili powder has been added ... they are certainly a bit of a STINGER ....  :)

OK; OK; OK .... I get the picture Nige .... we'll stick with the West Brom lads' efforts and Plomiens' 'Swansea Sidewinders' .... whatever 'they' are .... or do ....  :o
Terrific 'visual effects' with 'em spposedly, as they're the 'surface to air' variety .... whatever that is .... :D

And those Moonraker sausages .... did Taxi Driver have any part in their making .... per chance? ???
Probably best to get the missus to visit Asda in the morning me thinks! :y

Byron, I'm sorry but I to am having trouble with the fireworks.
I went to a free display :o

Rather worrying but Mohammed assured it was down to operator error so all may still be well :y

There is a slight concern about their stability but he assured me they had sorted it

He has also offered me an assortment of other rockets at a very good price - what do you think?

and also as a finale to the event he reckons you wont do better than this!

Please advise so I can collect before leaving.
I reckon I will get them into the trailer tent so no one will realise what I am carrying :y :y
I hope to arrive just after lunch. The finale rocket will be delivered but can only move around after dark!

OK Si; as Auto Addict's footing the bill, it'll probably be alright to go ahead and get a load - mind you, that's some pretty heavy gear there. Didn't know that these could bought on the black open market.
You sure that this Mo .. hammed character knows his stuff about the launch procedures? :o

And for gawd's sake, be careful that they don't overload your trailer-tent .... wouldn't want to become embroiled in any kinda international incident, should the floor give up the ghost. Probably best to avoid the motorways, and stick to the B-roads. ;)

Mikhail and Dmitri'll know how to handle things once you arrive .... I'm sure they will ....  :-\

I was going to come on 'the heads' road but I'm not sure the car will make the hills with the weight on board! ;D

No no no .... definately don't use the petrol station's mugger's paradise facilities.
There was some kinda explosion incident in their toilets a few days back which clean slipped my mind when the cleaning girl slung her fag end into the bog pan. The boss had been trying to get to the bottom of a shortfall in the takings .... but they now know that it's one of the underground tanks that's leaking. Our Uzbekistani friend Boris reckons that there's nowt to worry about ....  :o

De-luxe toilet/washroom portakabin facilities are available for campers/caravanners in the Nissen Hut hotel. Sorted. ;)

What about if I hitch-up my quad-bike trailer to Mrs Seth's our van and meet you somewhere 'discreet' ?

Hang on, Daz is passing your way to join us .... wonder if he'd help to lighten the load?
I mean, he doesn't really need to know what's in those wooden crates .... does he? :-\

Made it back from another short ban :-X ::)

I've managed to rig up a tank for the back of the car with an old oil drum and had a spare pump knocking about so should be able to spray the 200L of fuel I'm bringing... I reckon that will get it going nicely :y We'll be there lunchtime ish :y
