Exactly my thoughts when I translated it. 

Is there not a way that a member who speaks Spanish can send this guy a message explaining that we can translate his statements, and we will help him as much as possible when required?

Just a thought.  I feel sorry for this guy who wants to be on this site, and I like the idea that the OOF is truly an international forum, building on those we already have as members around the World.
