Just been on the gallery to check your car pics. Looks perfect, really clean.  :y
Is that only a 20mm drop ??
Our 2000 model is staying standard (for now...) but the 98 has started its upgrade. Got 17's fitted and a pioneer head unit with touch screen dvd,cd sat nav. Bodykit, suspension, exhaust & respray next.
Would of been further on but the accident set us back.

Just finish off interior with alu dials in blue, LEDS in blue, alu trims, and irmscher alu steering wheel (in the boot at mo) chrome surrounds for the dials, with exception of the steering wheel the rest is in the post hopefully. Trying to find an alu gear lever steinmetzsold out can't get them any more, unless one from vecrat fits?

The one we've just lost (i sound like the dogs just died..) was bought new in september 1994, had 46000 miles on the clock and still smelt of new leather when the doors were opened, never faulted in 11 years. I'll be lucky if it had 2 sets of tyres on and an exhaust system above the usual servicing and brake pads. only just got the alloys, boot spoiler, suspension and 3 1/2 foot griffin decals fitted before the small boy in his underpowered go kart rear ended the wife whilst she was parked. He managed to shove the towbar (sorry had a caravan until recently) through the fuel tank and make the boot into Everest, then knock her into the mondeo infront of her. Aparantly its a drinks can now.
The good side is we've now got V6 power, and dont they motor.

I personally have hade the cat back jetex stainless which sounds great, theres a guy called Joe Ellis who owns BTB exhausts and he said if enough people we,re interested he would make bespoke manifolds for the V6 which would easily bump up the BHP to the 250 mark. Check out the web site.
As for suspension i went for the stienmetz uprated and lowered bilstien matched springs and shockers, my top tip is after you lower the car get all four wheel geo-metrically tracked it'll cost about £100 but tou;ll save £££££ in scrubbed rubber!

You just have to phone around and see who's got the equipment, they give you a before and after print out and it,s a real eye opener just how much its usually out especially if you slam it, they do the camber as well as the toe, check to see if the rubbers have gone in the front lower arms first if they have you'll need to replace them before the tracking or you'll waste your money once its done though no more front inner edge wear and hello crisp presice handling!
