spanner light and engine light both flash together and cant get car to start at all today .Could be a bit flooded after my pedal attempts i guess

not sure on that one . should only be spanner light that flashes .Someone will advise .

Thanks dbug tried spare key as well but no joy. Going to get codes read if  i can start the car any other ideas greatly received

terminal connectors by battery-the contacts inside work loose-unplug them and close up connectors a little-mine did same-spanner/eml and also got occasional Gearbox check-on mid :y

Never seen those connections work loose, must have clocked up over 250k over the years with all our Omegas, never opened fuse box on some of them!

Gearbox fault? What's the relevance here? Nothing to do with engine bay fuses  ???

No joy as in not starting? Double check basics make sure the transponder is in the key, but sounds like you need a code reader.

Might be worth dropping a PM to Elite Pete or DarthLooKnee they maybe able to assist  :y

My  z22xe is not driven much since I got the dti,if the battery is any bit down that spanner light flashes . It will only start with a jump start .

yep i'll have wait to read  codes bit awkward now car wont start, also noticed something else strange rear passenger side window has somehow opened itself twice since starting problem.....any connection?thanks again forall help

Tried car this morning and actually started after 6-7 attempts, warning light car/spanner now stays on with car running smoothly -any ideas?

Lazydocker very kindly came round with code reader,nothing came up only throttle faults after disconnecting plug socket and reconnecting again to throttle body.
When ignition is switched on the throttle body butterfly valves chatter and unable to start car,can anyone help with this thank you
