What is it you ordered TB, maybe you could borrow one for the time being, I have quite a bit of camping stuff just sitting in the garage as the kids are too young for camping at the mo. Postage to you won't be a problem as i work for a courier company,  :y and i can collect it on my next Oxfordshire in-law visit.
No need, they are doing the only right thing and picking up the old one at the same time as delivering the new one.


The manager of the store did seem genuinely shocked and annoyed it had happened.
But thanks for the kind offer anyway.
