lost the small hose for coolant bridge

Reassembling the plumbing. Two pipes emerge from the coolant bridge. The larger, 15mm in diameter, takes the hose to the HBV; the smaller, a brass insert, is 7mm in diameter with a 2mm hole in the end. I cannot find the hose to put onto it. Where does it come from?

Have found on the bench a long hose that might be the one I am looking for. It might go to the throttle box. Please confirm.

Yes, throttle body feed, runs along the top of the 2-4-6 head/cam cover

I did this job following Haynes, who recommended removing oil pipes. After I had done it, someone said this was unnecessary and unwise. Is that view widely held?

Yes, no need to remove the oil cooler pipes.
