Cant really comment on f/l as only ever driven a 2.6 MV6 but not for long , all i know is the Mv6 seats are far more comfier than the elites

Didn't make you buy it. ...........just pointed out that it might be the kind of thing you were looking for. Looked a decent enough car tbh,but I still think the MV6 as a model is pointless. Lower it an inch or so,leave out some toys,put in some semi bucket seats and label it as a sports model. A bit silly imo.
Its still huge,heavy and not that powerful.

FYI, the pre face lift mv6 is not lowered.

So even more pointless then.


Mv6 seats make the back of my legs ache. Much rather have the elite base. Possibly with the mv6 backs.

Far from pointless, yes, no Omega is a sports car but I expect a car to do basic things like follow steering inputs without wallowing all over the place. MV6 has the only Omega suspension I could live with and the only seats I could live with. An additional bonus is that most of the pointless gadgets like the sun roof are binned so you don't have the hassle when they inevitably break.

If you want to experience an Omega that takes no notice of steering input you should try mine at the moment. Shagged wishbone bushes,and probably steering idler,possiby something bent from hitting  a big pothole hard enough to burst a tyre,and now an odd pair of tyres on the front,one of which is wearing away quickly on the inside edge.
I towed the 190 Merc home on a trailer recently from south Croydon. Mile after mile in the lorry ruts in lane 1,with the bloody thing tramlining like you wouldn't believe, causing the trailer to do an impression of a tail trying to wag the dog. Was a stressful two and a half hours.

I love my p/f and its working heated seats  Soo comfy like sitting in armchair and of course the one foot driving is a pleasure
