From watchmywallet:

We found one Liverpool based fraudster, who introduced himself as Steve, to enquire about made-to-order service histories. He assured us he could get multiple service books from his main dealer contacts.

From my biking days, if you have no service book, the dealer will supply one free of charge. Although there may bs small fee these days. :-\

Thing is the stamps marry up to computer records at the dealers. I've never once trusted a sevice book entry. ALWAYS ring up the dealer and ask them to if the service book details, of a cam belt change for instance, match the dealers records. (Or whoevers stamp it is)
