I gave up two years ago. No patches, no chewing gum, no E Anything, I just did it.

However . . . . if somebody says tomorrow that smoking is good for you, or if I'm told that I have 3 months to live, I would start again immediately. I loved it !

I am against such bans. I'm not a smoker, and obviously do not relish fag smoke smells.  BUT that doesn't give me the right to infringe other peoples liberties, and insist on banning things I don't like^*

If I don't want to go into a smoke filled pub, I'd find another. Simples.

That's not your beef, that's down to the smoker...

I like the occasional drink, that's apparently a health concern. According to do-gooders, you drive too fast, potentially risking others. Should I be banned from a Friday night, and you banned from driving?
