They only explode if you drive it like an idiot, ie. on full throttle in a corner.

From personal experience, there is a massive difference between a clit and a MX5. The MX5 has a beautifully sorted chassis, the clit is ............ well lets leave it at that.

What BHP and Torque are you making on this shopping trolley Cem?  What blower have you got fitted?  Must be quite small if you are running stock internals.

 a 1.6 is capable of making 300 bhp with a simple rod change ..  mine is now making 190 bhp (0.8 bar peak) with stock ecu and internals.. can do more with a custom ecu..  turbo is garret 2052..  and is more than enough for daily usage


ps: and a long list of expensive car owners thinking this car is a shopping trolley have already met with its dust

If you had put a proper engine in the boot with a rear transaxle, you too could have had a rear wheel drive v6 go kart

190BHP? Nice figure.  What Torque though?  My bog standard car only makes 250BHP and 370NM. Running a standard Mitsubishi TD04 Blower.

Remap next week makes it (my choice) just 285BHP but 430NM.  I could go for a more aggressive map, but why bother.  It's Wrong Wheel Drive.

In all honesty, the clit was epic in V6 form, but you could get better figures for less money in the 4cyl format.  Just like the Saab.  The 2.8T is less powerful than a reasonably breathed on 2.3T.

OK Mr Cem.  If you want to be childish, I'll be childish too.  I'll give you 14 days to post a 0-62 run.  Take the video on a flat road with decent traction and please do not hold the camera.  Mount it so it can record the data safely.  It has to be pointed at the speedometer fitted to the vehicle.

The video will need to be verified.

Verification will mean you have to start the video with yourself and a copy of the days Newspaper in view.  Then you (without pause) start the run.

As I'm a child too, I'll do the same thing.  14 days my friend.
