Too many dealers try to hoodwink their customers by wrapping a vastly overpriced an oil and filter change in pretty clothes by calling it a 'small service' or an 'interim service'

That's seems a low labour rate! Local main dealers here are charging just shy of £100 per hour  inc.vat
