Spend £5,000 get a V8  & around 23 mpg & love every minute you spend in it !

Good philosophy.

Zero road tax and good MPG usually go hand in hand with a dull drive.

Life is short.

I reckon that STMO chappie would be far less belligerent if he had something powerful and throbbing to enjoy. :)

So.....over to Liverpool and back, c.200 miles, then a trip to Wakefield and back, a trip to Sheffield and back and a short trip to my driver awareness course and back. About 260 miles in all.
Went and filled it up last night...£21..... that is fickin amazing.

I think a dull economical car is exactly what I need. I shall be sensible from now on. :)
