How big is your latest leccy bill??

Not got mine yet......but Southern Electric came out to read my meter last week.....

Just interested in how others leccy bills are.....since the fuel hike in prices....

TB is excluded from this......as he has a secret blast furnace he carnt find  ;D

And i'll make it anon by adding a poll  :y

Hard to say what i'm paying as i'm on a prepayment meter for gas & leccy despite being an employed home owner. Reason being i'm mostly here on my own & estimated bills are based on my 3 bed semi being a family home resulting in phone calls & hassle on recieving estimated quarterly bills wildly higher than my real usage.

248 quid last quarter.I did cap it just before the latest increase,until dec. 2009,otherwise i would be bankrupt by then. >:(

On the bright side been informed by my gas supplier they owes me £600 :)
Not that i will see the cash,or any interest it is generating.

Is this due to overbilling on monthly direct debit ?
I have heard some horror stories about this system and refuse to sign up to it. :-/
