So far, we have.
Insignia 4by4
Monaro
VXR8 (now your talking)
Poogo 407(very accurate French pronounceation)
Alpha147
Audi A4 Quatro
Audi A6
Audi A8
Holden Comaro
Subaru legacy
BMW M3
BMW M5 v10 estate
S type JAG
Lexus is 200/300
Lexus gs 300/LS400
Chrysler 300c
VW Phaeton

jaguar xf
Mustang.
Rover 75(with full Hyacinth Bucket interior/bodykit)
Prius
Mk3 savage cortina
Skoda vrs
Astra (Aye?)
Dolomite sprint. (fantastic once)
Espace diesel. (really?)

VXR8 seems most popular, along with some Audis and Lexus. I suspect it will probably be a VXR8 as i imagine it will depreciate quickley enough to be a good second hand buy. BUT... the Phaeton has all the toys and luxury, trouble there is its massive and not to sporty. Now the v10 howl of the BMW m5 and the toys and the sport handling in an estate, Maybe that will have it all? It will never be cheap enough, i bet. Also there is something about BMW that bothers me, cant find the word...righteous is it? Would have to check the A8 out before deciding tho. Hell of a list by the way. Cheers

Would consider any that I highlighted.

OK, changed my mind.  I am getting some money from an investment soon, and will be buying an X-Type Jaguar, 2.0 D Sport

Very nice motor and over 40mpg without breaking a sweat :)  And none too expensive either!

for me it would be  merc/beemer/jag. all of which are far from perfect for various reasons ,but i cant think of anything else (realistically)that would tick enough boxes.

Must admit the M5 is awesome motor me boss had one till some scroat nicked it from his house , like sitting in a rocket machine on accelation , it pushed you back into seat ,it was as quick as a few bikes ive been on which takes some beating  :) :) done R1's , gixer 1100 and zx9 but never found anything as scary as a kh500 frightned the pants off me at 19  :) :)
the original 500 mach 3 was even more scary-believe it or not ,the kh500 was the newer more civilised version. I had the dubious honour of crashing a mach 3 many years ago.The worst handling bike I ever rode, and all the power came in one lump, like an on/off switch.i never found the 750 as exciting as the 500. the 500 probably wasnt as fast but it felt like it was.Very exciting when your young and daft.having said all that ,it was the kh250 that I really did myself serious damage on. dosy hillman hunter driver stopping just because the lights were red. :D ;D

I used to know a KH250 owner often it was a twin and once a single, I had to give a lift to his pillion once after this on my GP100
