Martin, if I can help in anyway I could come over tomorrow night after i've dropped my sons back to their mum.

I don't have any parts or anything i'm afraid.

Sorry to hear it Martin.  Do you just need bolt-on parts?

Ran into a gate post.

Do need to pull the slam panel straight, pushed in slightly at the right.

Don't know if it is worth coming over unless there is a way t o pull it out.

Chasing bumper bonnet and wing

My excess is horrendous and I think it might be cheaper to OOF repair than claim and risk a right off.

I would not mind another pair of eyes to look over it, it drives OK, but R/H headlamp is wrecked too.

THe pull out I might be able to do with a rope and post

bit far to give you another pair of eyes but we can help you considor the damage with the aid of some piccies when you get a chance  :y

Your issue with bolting on other panels - DIY Style, without bodyshop/Painting -  is you may not get an exact match in shade - even if its from the same paintcode  :(

I guess if you don't get the slam panel right the headlight will never line up at it's mounting points.  :-/

What's the strengthening bar like behind the bumper?

Not sure too wet at the moment, but if it is the black bar it is more or less OK but a bit bent on the RHS, but straightenable

Doesn't sound too bad then  :)

Would guess the bolt on parts you mention and a bit of easing things back into line (which would be helped with some replacement panels to give you an idea where things should be).

Oh and don't throw your old bumper! if the left hand side is OK i'll buy the grill under the foglight off you!

The bumper was damaged clearing the gate way - but I'll check when dry - I had to cut the bumper off the car.

Good pics, to me it doesn't look too bad, just panels tbh. If it's like my old Vectra then everything at the front was just bolted on, no welding anywhere.

Good sign is that the Rads have all held.
