decided to cut down a bit as im no longer all muscle ;D
anyone found a decent no gimick diet?
i want to stay away from the 50 mars bars and lettuce diet  :y

anyway "Sir" SirMoanalot - its easy to lose weight - just burn more calories than you take in - now thats easier if you only eat 3000calories instead of 30000 - but the principles the same  :y

no diet works i'm afraid - just sensible eating and exercise  :(

As Banjaxx says - your intake has got to be less than you are burning. Easier said than done but it will drop off if you are serious about it  :y

Eat little and often is the best way, and only between 8am and 8pm

I'm in no position to give recipes.. 100 Kgs..And love the sweets too much :-[

A mate of mine has probably tried every diet going, but he's still the wrong side of 24 stone. He thought the Atkins diet was a dream come true, until he started having a few health issues.

As mentioned above, the only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you ingest, which unfortunately means more exercise.

That reminds me, must stop eating chocolate muffins and ice cream for dessert after every evening meal  :)

I've dropped from 20 stone down to 17.5 over the last 12 months. It's not easy.
