just took the daughter to school this morning and all the way there i had this cop car follow me so i stuck to the speed limit so he had no excuse to pull me
he started to get really close to the back end of my car trying to push me but i was not having any of it so i just stuck to the speed limit

up ahead i saw a dog come running out of a house and stopped at the bottom of the drive till i got close and it ran straight in front of me

so i hit the brakes hard as not to hit the dog
as i looked in my mirror to make sure the copper had stopped i noticed he was up the kerb

then on went the blue lights and out he got

he came to my drivers door and opened it and told me really nasty to get out the car

i was just getting redy for a punch up as that was the felling he gave me

he grabbed my arm and took me to the cop car that had a flat front tyre from hitting the kerb

and he started to shout at me saying i caused that and that he was going to arrest me for dangerous driving

i got mad and gave him a round full of f's
from there he called for a breakdown truck and extra assitance which came within minutes

i was still having an argument with the copper when his back up arrived

another copper took me to his car and said right carm down and tell me everything that happened
so i told him i was doing the right speed for the road while the copper was stuck right behind me whena dog came running out of a house and straight in front of me resulting in me hitting the brakes as not to hit the dog

he said can anyone witness that that happened i said go and knock the door the dog came from

the copper then said no worrys we can check the video footage from the police car
they also knocked the door of the house the dog came from to confirm the dog got lose

he gave me a warning which i said no i want him to say sorry for his actions and that i want to press charges against him for grabbing my arm resulting in leaving hand print marks on my arm and for him driving way to close to my car

the copper said we need to look at the video footage of the car and take staements from the house's before i can do that
i said look at my arm is that not enough proof

the copper took all my details contact number address etc and said we will be in touch for a written statment from my self

i will give them till this afternoon and if ive herd nothing i will be phoneing the police station

am i in the right to press charges on the police man for grabbing my arm and driving to close or do i just take it off the chin and leave it as that

its made me very angry as i had my 3 kids in the car and would hate to think what would of happened if he did slam into the back of my car

if he was not a copper i would of smacked him the second he grabbed my arm
i did at one point try to shake him off my arm thats when he got a tighter grib which caused the hand print marks
thats how tight he grabbed me

I would go to the nearest police station with his badge number.  That is assault even by the Police's own terms.  Say you would like to press charges against him, they have to investigate.  If they dont get onto the IPCC, all the footage will have been saved as a matter routine including his commentary with his partner.  If I were a betting man I would say that it would prove to be very interesting watching.

I am fully supportive of the police in their job, I couldent do it, but when things like this happen I get very upset with them.

Oh and get a photograph of the mark on your arm

the back up police that was called out looked at my arm and said that they have to view the footage from the police car to prove it was him
i said well if the camera is pointing out the front of the cop car you will see everything from how close he was to maybe even the dog running from the house and even how the copper was holding me while he was pointing to his flat kerb mounted wheel


ive gotta give it to him tho for hitting the kerb instead of my car
but thats the only thing i will praise him up for

they are also bringing the police officer in question

i know what happened and i'm leeting that go

they will come out to protect the police officers job

If you are making a complaint about an officer I think its a good idea that you phone them up and tell them you do not want him anywhere near you mate. They will have some story ready for you to make sure that you do not take the complaint any further, believe me.

if i were you mate id record this meeting by hiding a camcorder somewhere, would be also beneficial for you to have a witness to this meeting as is your right, believe me they will try & turn it around, ive had bad experiences with the police, when i was in hemel they had it in for me due to my customised wheels, once they towed my car in one night just because it was in a rugby club car park, when i went to pick it up from the station somebody had tightened down some of the valves on the engine, of course nobody knew who done it

i will be taking it further
in one way i'm glad that he will be coming so i can see the look on his face when i say i want to press charges for assult

i might even set my webcam on the laptop to record the whole lot
so any bribery can be used for evidence against him

i'm going to make sure i'm one step ahead of them all the time

is there anything i should be prepered for aprt from the fact they will be coming out to protect the coppers job

put the frighteners up them, demand a copy of the footage from his plod car as i believe you have a right as its evidence, i would also b/s them saying that you have an appointment with a solicitor, it might have been an idea to get to your doctors so he could verify the marks on your arm......good luck mate

i get photo's of my arm and i have even got time to pop up the docs before they come

for me to record the coversation if they are coming out to protect the copers job they will say no straight away to me recording the conversation

i might give my mother a ring to come over to be witness
