Whenever I see fish tanks I always think of my then to be father-in-laws set up, and when I accidentally knocked the lid, complete with 240v lights, into the tank and just stopped myself reaching into the  water to pull them back out! ::) ::) ::)  He was powering them from a 13amp socket from a fuse box prior to RCB's! ::) ::)

Always fancied though having a big fish tank, but what if I broke the glass?  I live in a third floor flat!! :D :D ;)

When I see fish tanks I think of Oliver Reed, some woman wanted to interview him so he said he would be in the lobby waiting.... and so he was... naked in the lobby fishtank with his nose and tongue up against the window  ;D ;D ;D  she left so didn't get the interview ;D ;D

Dead, with Beer or Drugs  :(

The one with Reed and Keith Moon sitting at their table in a Restaurant, waited a couple of minutes and no waiter, so Reed picked up the table slung it through the window then casually sat back down.... the waiter was there within seconds  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Don't think they make them like that anymore :(

No, there are not even pop groups trashing hotel rooms or wrecking their guitars on stage anymore :o :o :o.  They certainly made the news and created a strange form of fascinating comical entertainment! 8-) 8-) 8-)

Even the hotels were well compensated for their troubles. ;) ;)

However, we were young and gullible then! :D :D ;)

Hi Skruntie we have a sizeable fish pond at the end of our garden.

About 35ft x 25ft. It is full of golden carp, some of which are 20 inches long. Goldfish, and many others which I'm not sure of.

It came with house when we bought it 5 years ago. Only problem it must have a leak because it constantly needs filling with  water.

Some of the fish have bred, a golden carp has materialised. We call him Kryton because his head is the same shape as the android in Red Dwarf ;D ;D :D
