Quiz: Who am i?

A descendant of King William IV
I went to the same prep school as Prince Edward then on to Eton and Oxford.
I spent 3months in Hong Kong in a job daddy(a wealthy stockboker married to the daughter of a Baronet) arranged for me.
I now wish to represent the people of Britain along with 18 of my chums from Eton - and it looks like I'll get my wish....
I have a worm-like appearance and no policies.

Who am I?     :-X ::) :-?

It could be argued-well educated,particularily in leadership? did churchill go to school there?
Btw,Im not a Tory and I think Cameron is a bit of a tw*t,but I feel there is a bit of inverted snobbery going on here. ;)

.......had he been a descendant of a certain other King William I would have sat up and taken notice ;D ;D ([size=8]so would many others[/size])

the tory policy base before we can even begin to establish whether they have merit - or not........are we going to get it?......... :-/ :-/

I personaly consider Eaton to provide the best possible start in life, for those who attend :y
