Well I've been away on my jolly's and still not sleeping so it's not work/stress related. Still no appetite either but eating because I know I have to so I've booked an appointment at the docs for a blood test. No amount of alcohol is helping so I'm ebbing towards either a blood sugar or thyroid cause. I'll keep you all posted :y

Was reading the thread and was about to suggest that.

We tootle through life with out a care in the world at times, but our bodies are complex things rhat most the time self fix itself, other times they need a helping hand from the medical proffesion.  keep us informed mayey.    :y
