A Dongle is one of those little plastic usb thing u can stick into a laptop or pc and gives you wireless internet. but they just use the same signals that mobile phones use.  :y

No idea about 3 dongles but i had a BAD phone contract experience with 3 so don't trust them one iota, never deal with them again...a'holes.
   Got an Orange dongle with my phone deal so i can use the lappy on truck nights out/meets etc. Not perfect, can be a tad fussy but usually ok. New phone with 800 x network mins, 300 txts, unlimited landline calls & the dongle, £25 per month inc. :y
