Yes, they FAILED the MOT on it rather than just removing the bloody thing or having a quick word!

They have already done the re-test following 3 seconds with a pair of scissors (probably used to gouge out the eye balls of the MOT tester) but, it means a fail is now recorded on the vehicle record!
