Hello nick I knOw some things were said but it's only out of frustration on behalf of the buyer. Don't worry about it mate as long as you sort it out for the man who is £100 out of pocket.

Nick, yes my comments have been out of frustration. the "pikey" comment, well, what would you expect me to say? u remove everyone from OOF on facebook (or so it would seem) and after nearly 3 months of waiting for either the goods or the money back, u can see why i said it. As for the driving to your address, again all out of frustration.
What has annoyed me more is the fact that on facebook you were constantly mentioning work done and money spent on your voyager. i dont no if its just me, but in any sale, customer fault or not, the customer is always right (thats just how things go)
If it was me who sent u the headlights and u had told me about this, i would have paid u back the £100 (after confirming with the courier it was missing) then carried on with pestering them. things like this are between the seller/sender and the courier and would be dispute between said parties only. the customer shouldnt have to wait 3 months and then the only form of contact disappear as well as chase the courier themselves. As for not insuring the parcel, well thats also not the buyers fault and saying they wont get their money back until the seller gets his money back from the courier is a very poor excuse.
Yes u may now say but its only £100.... sorry but in the day n age we are in at the moment, £100 is a fair amount from anyones pocket.

From a personal opinion I would have refunded the money.
I also wouldn't be giving anyones address or phone numbers away when I have them.
In frustration we can say things in the heat of the moment, I did think about deleting the Post with the travelling up and taking the money part mainly as i don't think it is what the forum is about.
Nick if you can refund the money, people will buy parts from you as that to me is the way plus you will keep your clean reputation.
Hope this gets sorted quickly  :y

May I suggest that this thread is locked and that Nick and Xplicit deal with this through PM?  Dirty laundry and all that, plus this is really between them only  :y

i want to appoligise.... i didnt not mean for it to sound that "i will come up there, kick your ass and take my money back". Thats not what i meant at all. i have found things are better dealt with in person, regardless of the situation. like i said had the economy not gone t**s up, and like im sure is with most people, my finances wern't up and day on a daily, i probably wouldnt be all that bothered...

Again, im sorry if what i said in previous posts was in a threatening manner
