No all SIM's are industry standard, they used to be all credit card size, now they are just the chip. When you get new ones they are still in credit card size, they can just be popped out.

Apple of course doing things their own way with 'Micro SIM' in iPhone4, its basically same SIM but with the extra plastic around edge trimmed off, so it really is just now the chip!

Does the O2 sim have a different physical position within the large credit card for the SIM to the Tesco one, or are they all the same?
