Man guilty of burning poppies at Armistice Day
« on: 07 March 2011, 18:51:15 »

£50 fine  :-? :-? :-?
That'll teach him! Not repentant at all!!!! I wonder how an act like that would go down when he 'goes back home'?
HTF is a paltry fine like this a deterrent? £5000 would have been more like it.

£50 fine no doubt to be paid back at 50p a week from their benefits, I'm staggered, my old man fought in WWII, this country was meant to be a land fit for heroes afterwards, now it is the enemy withins paradise.

I'm spitting his blood already & my first thought on hearing this was he should've been shot on site, no messing how rather dare he burn a poppy & chant death to british soldiers through the silence. Without doubt his behaviour was outrageous & unforgivable but then i had a rare moment of reason. What would happen to us if we were to do the same in his country? Prolonged torture followed by death? Whilst i wish this on him we cannot be seen to lower ourselves to the primative level of him & his countrymen. He & his cronies should've been water cannoned, arrested, banged up & given a good kicking like you got in the 70's & 80's if you mis behaved....yes it used to go on, i got a couple (deserved) & saw/heard a few more, nothing wrong with it then shot right back from whence he came, no if's or but's.

Not saying we should stone him???? but our country neds to grow a pair & stop being a pussy! ;D

it is disgusting and my view is that these people should be publicly flogged and then killed....... to death!

however, the press do us no favours by these sorts of stories getting such high profile in the media. they are purposely put in to get our blood boiling. these people should be ignored. imo
