Make sure you fully understand the implications of pleading guilty. My neighbour did that for a bogus charge brought against him under the advice from council that he would avoid prison. He went for 12 months and lost his job. If you feel you can qualify for temporary insanity then I feel you should go for it. If there is little to backup that claim then only you can make that decision.
I wish you the very best of luck, everything crossed for you here.
ive got a top barrister apparently and this is the information they have about my illness
quote:
The close proximity of the brain to the sinuses makes the most dangerous complication of sinusitis, particularly involving the frontal and sphenoid sinuses, infection of the brain by the invasion of anaerobic bacteria through the bones or blood vessels. Abscesses,[19] meningitis, and other life-threatening conditions may result. In extreme cases the patient may experience mild personality changes, headache, altered consciousness, visual problems, seizures, coma, and possibly death.
so after 9 bouts of surgery everything is in my favour i hope. plus the fact that the last operation has not cured the problem it has only relieved the pressure and cleaned out more infection and i now have to wash them myself the rest of my life. fingers crossed
