MaxV6 - sorry, I'm busy this weekend, so cannot assist.
However, the car is essentially the same as a 3.0l, so pretty much same applies.
Do learn how to do a 'pedal trick' (see maint guides for paperclipping). 3.2 suffer from a starting cat issue, expect to find 0420 and 0430 codes (this can be resolved without buying new cats, by moving 2 of the exhaust sensors further back).
The CD Changer is finicky and delicate. I know you like your tunes, so check that works as expected. Do not use CDRs in that stereo.
Expect the interior to show more wear than earlier Omegas.
Rust under rear wiper is common, same as prefacelifts.
Performance wise, should be on a par with 3.0, engine should sound similar, autobox should be almost as smooth, and quick to respond.
Generally, bodywork should be relatively rust free - less issues with door tops, but the rears can go around wheel arches, as can the wheel arches (as per prefacelifts)
Bumpers often scraped - they stick out about 6 miles in front of the car, so the corners get whacked frequently.
Seat heaters, doubt they all work, esp the front. Again, same as prefacelifts.
In summary, its the same car underneath as yours, slightly different interior, should feel and go like yours. Cat issue could be a bargaining point

NOTE: 3.2 has 2 EMLs, both should light up initially with ign iirc...
