Waxoyl'd the Dax chassis - folks here weren't kidding when they said you need a bucket of hot water else the stuff solidifies to tar.. also that it goes everywhere!

Then went to Halfords for a pressure washer to get all the black off the driveway  :-[ :-[ :-[

[edit] Oh, and put the Goodyear Ultragrip-8 winter tyres back on the Elite.. so much more pleasant in the handing department than the wide 17's. Probably wouldn't make as much difference if I actually fixed the wishbone bushes, mind  :-[

One job at a time :y

Prepared four door pockets ready for painting.  About to sit down and pre wire the MID connections, as it's easier to do these things ahead of time rather than trying to rush through as you fit them ::)

Treated all the exaust joints to their seasonal pasting but didn't cure the front end exhaust leak so fanimold gasket it is . Also spotted a breather pipe was split and nicked one of a 2.5 sintra at the scrappies

I know it's nearly November, but you cannot go around torching garages just because they're rubbish ::)

MOT'd the bike, then took it for a little 65m ride - was flipping slippery this morning in the rain, so I came home ;D

Washed TBE and gave the bike the pressure washer, then started tidying up the garage after last weekend's ordeal.

This evening, nothing mechanical, programming in a new report for my brother's stock system.

Gave the Omega one last clean before putting it up for sale, really don't want to sell it but I cannot afford to keep two cars and couldn't stop myself from buying a really clean Cavalier GSi for a good price pretty much on my doorstep.
