Neg & tramlining usually means wishbones. Mines done 101,000 so could be the same problem. :)

Well seeing as the motor's going to be up in the air tomorrow I may as well have a good look at them.  Are there any easy ways to check them for play etc?

Also, and daft as this may sound, where's the best place to put the axle stands if the jack is under the lifting point?

Lordy this place is pretty darned good.  I have a problem with one of the rear windows not going up - takes an age pressing up and down and nudging with the switch to get it to rise home fully.  One search later on here and bingo! - answer found.  Although I now have to do a search on getting the door card off ;)

With a place like this who needs a Haynes manual?  [smiley=thumbup.gif]
