Like already said above Plenum, Inlet manifold and flange to be taken off. I undid the thermostats two torx bolts and got my grips on it wiggling it free from the Transfer Pipe first (as you will be replacing it anyway).
Then again like above, undo the bolt that holds the Power Steering Reservior and move it towards the bulkhead so the pipe moves out of the way of the "Problem Bolt!" it really isn't that much of a problem to get out (but getting it back in seems to be the problem.. There are three things that share the bolt, an engine lifting bracket, dipstick and Transfer pipe, just make a note of which order they go in.. then the bolt will go back quiet easy).
Once you have removed the bolt you will need to turn the transfer pipe anti clockwise to get it out of the way of the dipstick. (I removed the Transfer Pipe but next time I wont) just slide it out enough to get the thermostat housing out.
Replace the two "O" rings on the end of the transfer pipe (then i put a smear of grease over them so it slides easily into the thermostat). Refit the new thermostat and bolt it down, slide in the transfer pipe, turn it clockwise around the dipstick now making sure you have the three things in order replace the problem bolt. Refit the Power Steering Reservior and Job Done
