that will be me on ebay fella ! just a case of splicing in only two wires ! doesnt effect the check control cause they are leds !! havnt seen any pattern door lock motors ! have sold loads of second hand door motors never had any back ! try lubeing lock ass might help if its getting sticky !!

My first mission is to make it all mechanically sound, so i'm going to do the belts and fluids.
Since the TC and ABS lights both come on, i'm fist going to look to clean the wheel sensors as they've never been cleaned, before I change the module, and at the same time look to check the brake pad sensors are all sound, a paintshop mate of mine has said he'll do the stonechips and rust spots for a nice little cash number...
following that i can set to work on the cosmetics inside!
I was looking at perhaps a beige leather interior when one comes up, and updateing the ICE. I read your post about the CD OEM head units, and perhsps I should stick to one of these and just look to update the satnav CD (don't use it very much so don't want anything to grand - so the OEM makes do), and perhaps look at the phone capability.
I know there's aftermarket stuff, but if the car's got a loom integral, seems daft not to make use of it.
And then, see TB about a dignostic checkover!
