sorted the throttle cable, have moved the clip butterfly side and it seems to have done the trick.  However, there's still  a fair bit of freeplay in the pedal mounting so that it is lower than the brake pedal, is this normal?

Its a testament to how hardy these engines are that it just kept going!

WTF causes the throttle bodies to go like that? Mines on 132k and the TB's are dead clean...

I've seen others like that, whats the cause?
