Just had a recheck and code is

0204
0300
0304

Would that point to one of the coil packs.

Obscure line of thought here.....  ::)

If you've had the camcovers done then the inlet trumpets / fuel rail must have been removed? If so then I wonder if the loom connector is clicked together properly?

P0204 Cylinder 4 injector circuit high
P0204 Cylinder 4 injector circuit low
P0204 Cylinder 4 Injector Circuit Open

Now we're getting somewhere. Looks like it may be a problem with the injector circuit to that cylinder.

Try making sure the multi-way plug clipped to the lifting eye to the rear of the passenger side cylinder head is firmly connected (the larger of the two - smaller connector is crank sensor).

If that looks OK might be worth taking the plenum off and making sure the plug in the injector is OK. While you're there, measure the resistance of the injector - about 12 ohms is typical.

Steve...

You say you changed plugs - you would have had to take the coil packs out to do this ?

I don't think it's worth getting 2 coil packs as they won't fail together unless you're hugely unlucky...

I expect it's something simple..

Hmmm, I've been in the position where I got different codes, but with me it was my eyes getting crossed and out of focus as I'm an old git. I suggest you get to your nearest OOF member who has a TECH2 and able to provide a reliable report before spending lodsa dosh. TheBoy did me just fine, saved a bundle. Good luck  :y :y :y

Ow yes, with the plenum removed, make sure al the connectors to the injectors are fully home (particularly number 4) as those not so familiar with the V6 often disconnect them when they dont know about the multiplug....and they take a lot of effort to fit back on!
