by a lever.. but you must have experience how a new one and an old one behaves.. briefly mine made a vibration the first few 1-2 km (when cold) then disappear.. I tried full geometry and changed many parts before..but was the same.. and the friend mechanics dont tell about them before  >:(

Got to go back to Glasgow later to pick up my daughter and her friends and come back home ... round trip of about 160 miles or so .... not looking forwards to the vibrations for 2 or 3 hours  :-/ :-/ :(

Thanks for that .... problem i have is trying to get it up high enough to get underneath for a good tug at stuff .... i dont have access to a ramp or anything  :-/

I think you will need help from someone even with a ramp.. :-/
