I remember 'idle' being adjusted on my 2.2 via the EGR  :-/
Nope.

You may have remembered me testing your egr, which would have affected idle, but certainly not an adjustment method...

I would clean the AICV and check the MAF with a known good one if you have someone close by...tickover is not normally lumpy unless you have blockage or maybe a slight airleak etc...mines smooth at 500rpm

Bionic, if you want a really perfect idle (like I did) prepare to drain the budget.. starting with a new maf,
new icv,new valves, new gaskets under the plenum, new dis and cables, sound injector cleaning and so on..believe me not worth..
even a small hole in the exhaust or any leak from anywhere else will mess up everything ;D so dont bother.. :y

ps: I also find that NGK 4 electrode sparks are better for my cars idle..

Air con compressor on Estate bearings seized (to be replaced in warmer weather) so running no aircon and 2 lit aux belt (shorter) - tickover 500 rpm and dead smooth.

Any codes stored? I'm not all that far away from you if you're stuck.

Hiya wellung666,
sent you a PM but with failing bionic legs like mine I am seriously stuck to a set of wheels. Possibly another transplant using wheels would be better than the metal bits I currently have stuck in me?
I could then excuse my ass as the exhaust...... Hmm, thats worth a thought or two  ;D ;D ;D
